Leadership
Brishen brings his passion for helping others unlock their full potential, and his expertise in business leadership, to Veil Operations. His management philosophy, deep understanding of operational fundamentals, and business acumen was forged in the transportation and logistics industry. Prior to founding Veil Operations, Brishen has held multiple leadership roles, from a frontline leader through General Manager where he directed market strategy with full P&L responsibility.
Brishen served in the United States Marine Corps, where he supported aviation transportation and logistics, an experience that sharpened his approach to disciplined execution, operational rigor, and mission-focused leadership.
Brishen holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and an MS in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego. He’s known for setting clear strategy, aligning teams around the work that matters, and driving measurable results, turning complex operational challenges into reliable performance.
